Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor press baking machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Set up and adjust machine settings based on production specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with press baking machinery.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
