Job Title : Production Operator
Pay Rate : $17-$22 hourly (Depends on your experience)
Location : Columbus, IN
Shift Schedule :
1st Shift 7am-3 : 30pm $17.00
2nd Shift 3pm-11 : 30pm $19.00
3rd Shift 11pm-7 : 30am $19.00
Job Duties :
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Complete production schedules and ensure product quality standards are met
- Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure product specifications are met
- Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low stock or supply needs
