Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Supervisors for a manufacturing facility in Shelbyville, KY.

Production Supervisor Highlights :

Pay : $25.63 – $38.44 / hr (based on experience)
Shift : Night Shift, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM, rotating schedule (every other weekend required)

Production Supervisor Responsibilities :

Train and coach production line employees.

Oversee production start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.

Conduct daily shift meetings.

Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Complete production reports, purchase requisitions, and incident reports.

Production Supervisor Qualifications :

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with the ability to make sound decisions.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Manufacturing & Injection Molding Experience is a plus

Production Supervisor Work Environment :

Loud environment with moving mechanical parts.

Facilities are heated in winter but may be hot in summer .
