These positions are remote and pay $18 / hour!
What You’ll Do :
- Be the go-to expert for drivers and suppliers by approving / declining automotive repairs based on client policies
- Answer inquiries through phone, email, or our Maintenance Platform software
- Use your mechanical knowledge to negotiate repairs and find solutions quickly
- Guide drivers to repair facilities
- Ensure every customer has an exceptional experience with first-call resolution and empathy
