Essential Job Responsibilities:
• To assist, support, and work closely with clients, staff, and other team members in providing payroll, tax, bookkeeping and accounting services.
• Effectively prioritize work volume utilizing multi-tasking skills in order to meet filing deadlines.
Education and Experience:
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of five years in accounting or related field or combination of education and experience.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Bookkeeping services including data entry, bank reconciliations and other related duties.
- Payroll tax returns.
- Strong computer skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
