We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dorchester, MA. This is a full-time opportunity in the property maintenance field at a multi-site portfolio of residential properties. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:
· Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers.
· Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.
· Providing access to contractors and inspectors, as needed.
· Performing groundskeeping, general building maintenance, and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm with on-call duties shared on rotation.
