We are seeking an Access Coordinator/Maintenance Assistant to support our residential properties in the South End neighborhood of Boston, MA. Some of the duties you will be responsible for will include:
- Coordinating and providing access to contractors and vendors into units and common area spaces throughout the portfolio.
- Keeping our property management software up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintaining communication with the Maintenance Team regarding any items of concern.
- Working with the Senior Superintendent on larger capital projects.
- Performing in-unit repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry work, and general building maintenance.
- Participation in snow removal and groundskeeping.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.
- The ability to work as part of a supportive and cohesive team, as well independently, is required.
- The ability to communicate professionally by phone and email while using a smartphone app is required.
- Previous experience with Yardi or other management software is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
