What are the responsibilities and job description for the Live in position at Maloney Properties, Inc.?
We are seeking a Live-In Custodian to support our residential property in East Boston. This site totals 276 units for elderly and disabled residents.
Your daily duties will include cleaning and light maintenance, trash removal, snow removal, and groundskeeping. The work hours are Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm.
This position includes on-call duties every other week and during every other holiday. On-call hours are 4 : 00pm-8 : 00am Monday-Friday and 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
During this time, you must remain within 15 minutes of the property. Compensation for this position will include a rent-free 2-bedroom apartment with utilities and parking included.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, are required.
The ideal candidate will have previous custodial experience and some knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and / or electrical work.
