We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Superintendent to support our residential property in Hanover, NH. The duties you will be responsible for will include:
- Completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance.
- Keeping the Senior Property Manager up-to-date on the property and any work that needs to be done.
- Developing long and short-term maintenance planning.
- Performing unit inspections.
- Coordinating with contractors.
- Updating records and reports related to maintenance.
- Working with the Condo Association Board and attending bimonthly evening meetings.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. An ability to work independently will be key to success in this role.
- Knowledge of general apartment repair and previous experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.
- Computer and smartphone skills are required; experience with Yardi or other work order systems would be a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
