About the Role
As Warehouse Manager, you’ll take ownership of all warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped with precision. More than just managing processes, you’ll be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement, and creating a workplace where employees thrive.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, coaching, and fostering growth.
- Build a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations , including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff , ensuring optimal workforce performance.
- Implement and refine systems for maximum efficiency, including inventory control and layout optimization.
- Become an expert in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline processes.
- Monitor inventory levels , oversee replenishment, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by upholding health and safety regulations.
- Maintain warehouse equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and service levels.
- Act with integrity and uphold Mobix’s values in every decision and interaction.
