">- We are seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Estimator to join our pre-construction team. This role involves estimating and managing industrial building, structural concrete, and/or commercial construction projects.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating and managing similar projects. They will be responsible for all aspects of front-end services, including programming, conceptual design, preliminary budgeting, and marketing.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in interactions with clients, suppliers, and coworkers. They must exhibit the ability to efficiently usher projects from concept through estimating and project kickoff.
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred, along with 10 years of experience in estimating or managing similar projects. Travel to project sites and meeting with customers as needed are also requirements of this role.
