ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET
Provide leadership for the entire program
Work closely and collaboratively with other school organizations
Provide participating students with a top-notch educational experience
Schedule, coordinate, and prepare cadets for competitions
COMPENSATION
Annual salary: Army minimum based on the Salary Table 2025-RUS (Annual Rates by Grade and Step).
The contract length is for eleven months
DESIRABLE BACKGROUND and/or EXPERIENCE
Has worked in a successful JROTC program
Enjoys working with female and male students 14 to 18 years old
Has or is eligible for an Arkansas teaching license
Is experienced in, and enthusiastic about competition, military instruction, as well as academics
Is well organized and can administer an active program
Is willing to work long days to achieve success and perfection
