We are currently partnered with a global leader in insurance to find a Head of Compliance Investigations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to lead a dynamic team and play a critical role in ensuring integrity, transparency, and ethical practices across a global organization.
About the Role
As the Head of Compliance Investigations, you will oversee a global team responsible for investigating allegations of misconduct and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You’ll have the chance to shape the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the Compliance Investigations team.
Responsibilities
- Lead confidential investigations of alleged misconduct, including conducting interviews, maintaining case files, and reporting findings.
- Collaborate closely with legal, HR, and senior management to drive organizational change based on investigation outcomes.
- Manage the whistleblowing hotline and stay ahead of evolving whistleblowing regulations.
- Analyze trends from investigations and recommend enhancements to processes.
- Champion a culture of integrity, inclusivity, and accountability within the organization.
Qualifications
7 years of experience managing compliance investigations, ideally within the financial services or insurance sectors.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of compliance risks including discrimination, harassment, anti-corruption, and data protection.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders and global teams.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding integrity across the organization.
Fluency in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
