Quality Assurance & Community Engagement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with new clients and develop/update Plans of Care using our software.
Ensure caregivers are scheduled appropriately and provide coaching through shift observations.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new caregivers.
Recognize and celebrate caregiver achievements to boost engagement.
Maintain client and employee records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Follow up on incident reports and address any performance concerns through scheduled meetings.
Represent the company at health fairs, job fairs, and community events to increase brand awareness.
Communicate proactively with both clients and caregivers after initial shifts.
Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Education & Licensing: High school diploma required; a college degree or LPN license is preferred.
✔ Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the caregiving field, with customer service experience a plus.
✔ Skills: Strong communication, flexibility, and leadership abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
✔ Professionalism: Maintain a polished appearance, a strong work ethic, and uphold company values of honesty and integrity.
✔ Tech-Savvy: Willingness to learn and use company software.
✔ Public Speaking: Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups.
