- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including sweet and savory pastries
- Follow recipes and ensure that all ingredients are measured and mixed correctly
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens and mixers
- Monitor baking process to ensure goods are baked to perfection
- Decorate pastries using icing, glazes, and other toppings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role in the food industry required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficient in using kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, and ovens
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods of time
