Summary of Position:
The FOH team member is responsible for establishing and maintaining the needs of the store, and customers. The position is responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, including customer service, sales, daily task list, and weekly cleaning schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging customers, possessing and providing solid product knowledge, answering questions, obtaining merchandise requested, completing payment transactions, and all other components of customer service.
