- We are seeking an exceptional Counter Service Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to all customers, accurately communicating seasonal specials and encouraging guests to try our best-selling items.
- Accurately ring up customers' orders using the Toast POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter space, adhering to maman's high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Make informed decisions that prioritize guest happiness, team success, and company goals while maximizing profitability.
- Investigate and resolve any customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assist with re-stocking at the end of each shift, promoting teamwork and setting colleagues up for success.
- Develop strong relationships with regular customers through warm hospitality and impeccable service, anticipating their needs and preferences.
