- Use the Toast POS system to accurately ring up customers' orders, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently and professionally.
- Investigate and resolve any customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
- Develop strong relationships with regular customers through warm hospitality and impeccable service, anticipating their needs and preferences.
