Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes as needed.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure carpets are well-maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms by sanitizing fixtures and appliances.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Assist with commercial cleaning duties when required, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Follow housekeeping management protocols to maintain an organized approach to cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products for various surfaces and materials.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
