Residential House Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that all areas are sanitized, organized, and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while following established cleaning protocols.

Duties

• Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, polishing, and maintaining various types of flooring.
• Execute carpet cleaning procedures to ensure carpets are free from stains and allergens.
• Provide custodial services in both residential and commercial settings, adhering to specific client requirements.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs is desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
