In 2003, our opening day was the realization of five years of dreaming, discussing, and collecting. As native "Baltimoreans," we felt Baltimore needed a thoughtful, classic seafood restaurant. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOST

In this entry-level food service position, you use your excellent customer service skills to greet our guests. You are our customers' first and last impression of our restaurant and staff. We sell fun, so you speak to each guest kindly and cheerfully. You seat each party according to our current availability. When things get busy, you competently estimate wait times, take down names, and keep customers updated. If guests come to you with needs or requests, you promptly notify the manager or server. You love working with people every day and take pride in providing the best possible experience to our customers!
