This mamas playa is responsible for upholding a cheerful and organized reception area, coffee bar, and retail space. The ideal candidate loves engaging with people, kids, and is outgoing and kind!
Note: This is a part-time role requiring no more than 25 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet all guests with a bright smile and top-notch customer service
- Check in customers for play sessions, birthday parties, and classes
- Ensure all individuals abide by safety requirement before entering our play space
- Answer customer questions and provide information about packages pricing, services, and upcoming events
- Work closely with team members to manage and enhance the coffee bar experience
- Help setup and breakdown room for events and birthday parties
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Have fun while making a positive impact!
- Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
