The Event Planner will work with the manager and families with planning their birthday and events at our location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with clients to bring their birthday vision to life by scheduling their parties for their kiddies and making sure they have add-ons and are happy!
- Maintain pristine event areas by ensuring supplies and equipment are organized and stored correctly, creating a welcoming environment
- Prioritize the safety and security of all guests, ensuring a worry-free experience for everyone involved
- Contribute to the setup and breakdown processes to ensure smooth operations from start to finish
- Embrace the opportunity to have fun while making a meaningful impact!
- Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- A genuine enthusiasm for guest service with outstanding interpersonal skills
- An approachable, warm, and engaging personality that thrives on creating positive experiences for others
- Willingness to work on weekends to align with event schedule
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
