The mamas play manager will work closely with the owner to help in mentoring the Support Associates and Event Planner while overseeing seamless operations of the business and nurturing a mama-centric environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily building operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and support team members in their growth through compassionate leadership
- Handle escalated customer experience issues with a people-first approach
- Assist with various additional tasks, including overseeing parties, events, and classes
REQUIREMENTS

- Comfortable with technology and proficient in navigating a POS system
- Excels in communication to inspire and lead our team
- Must be available to work on weekenDs
We are looking for up to TWO PT managers who can work as a team!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
