Job Description Summary:
Under general supervision of a licensed provider, as a New Patient Coordinator, one must be detail oriented with excellent phone call diction, and outstanding customer service skills. We are seeking motivated individuals who can problem-solve and multitask as we are a fast-paced practice. Gain skill and knowledge of organization policies and procedures in support of the department.
This job is a full-time, benefited position at Summit Spine & Joint Centers that reports to the Scheduling Supervisor. This position’s primary location will be at the Administrative Building in Lawrenceville, GA.
Responsibilities:
Adding self-directed or outside referral new patients into EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system
Uploading referring provider information
Adding new patients into Sales Force
Calling and scheduling, rescheduling New Patients
Tracking patient appointment(s) approvals and pending status within EClinical Works
Updating personal injury, liens, attorney, and patient treatment status internal logs
Answering phones and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner to promote the best patient care
Supporting the marketing team as part of increasing the overall patient base through excellent relations with referring providers
Skills And Abilities:
Must be personable and detail oriented as a representative of the practice while callers rely on proper information
Excellent verbal and written skills for proper documentation of encounters.
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual candidates encouraged
Education And Experience:
Experience using EClinical Works or other EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems preferred
1 Year Of Call Center Experience Preferred
1 years’ experience in healthcare preferred
