Overview
We’re looking for a talented Senior Data Scientist to help us deliver cutting-edge analytics solutions that will guide strategic decisions and fuel the next phase of growth for our platform. You’ll play a key role in designing advanced models and leveraging machine learning and generative AI to solve real-world business challenges—from customer churn to sales forecasting and product adoption. What you’ll do
Predictive Modeling : Develop and optimize models to forecast business metrics such as customer churn, sales performance, and product usage.
Machine Learning & Generative AI : Use advanced machine learning and generative AI techniques to automate processes, enhance the customer experience, and solve complex business problems.
Data Architecture : Partner with Data Engineers to build and maintain robust ETL pipelines and data warehouses (DWH) on AWS or Google Cloud, ensuring data accessibility and scalability.
Strategic Data Analysis : Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into data-driven solutions and provide actionable insights that support decision-making.
Performance Monitoring : Continuously evaluate model performance and fine-tune as needed to ensure alignment with changing business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to embed data-driven decision-making across Mambu.
What you’ll bring
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar languages for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong foundation in data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with building scalable ETLs, particularly on AWS (Redshift, S3, Glue) or Google Cloud, is a plus.
- Proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

The base salary for this position is from €4000 gross to €5100 (before taxes) monthly. This is a full-time equivalent target rate.
