WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
On average per year, the allocation of time for this role is approximately: 75% fleet management, 15% facilities management, and 10% warehouse coordination.
Primary Focus - Fleet Operations
- Coordinate all aspects of fleet maintenance and repairs
- Ensure company fleet assets are consistently operational, clean, organized, and safe for use by personnel.
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of fleet vehicles
- Administer toll tags and fuel cards and monitor for cost control.
- Monitor vehicle conditions, mileage, and usage trends to support timely maintenance scheduling.
- Support internal departments by coordinating short-term vehicle rentals.
- Maintain fleet records and databases.
- Conduct periodic inspections and audits of fleet vehicles.
- Act as a point of contact for driver-related issues and inquiries.

- Support overall warehouse organization
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform minor facility-related tasks as needed
- Professional level experience in MS Office suite.
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in corporate, industrial or commerical settings, preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with OSHA, ADA, and other compliance requirements
