What You'll Do:
- Utilize door-to-door sales strategies to generate fast sales.
- Develop business through relationships with insurance agents, realtors, and property managers.
- Canvass areas damaged by hail and wind, building relationships within the community.
- Learn from the best with our intensive training program and shadow experienced "Mammoths" to master our systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
- All commission onboarding compensation based on activities/production.
- Once ramped up, enjoy gas reimbursement and a company truck after achieving a $500k sales target.
- Company trip for top performers.
- Health and dental benefits offered after 60 days, with Mammoth covering the majority of costs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in canvassing and capable of roof inspection when required.
