Description
Provide GL Accountant level accounting assistance to the Accounting team. Primary focus around general ledger, reconciliations, invoicing, fixed asset processing and roll forwards, and inter-company monitoring. Responsibilities will apply to multiple entities.
Qualifications
Essential Functions
- Responsible for general ledger entries.
- Reconcile general ledger / subledger balances & research discrepancies.
- Prepare weekly / monthly invoices and submit to customers.
- Assist in maintaining fixed asset subledger.
- Following internal controls.
- Internal communications with other related entities accounting staff for intercompany payables and receivables.
- Interaction with operational personnel for invoicing questions and as necessary to perform job function.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
