Description : Job Summary :
This role is responsible for leading IT / POS incident resolution efforts, root cause analysis, problem remediation, and ensuring the implementation of permanent fixes. The individual will work closely with POS partners and adjacent vendors, holding them accountable for exceptional service.
Mammoth Holdings is undergoing a business technology transformation. The technology portfolio is evolving to be built around 3rd-party and SaaS solutions. As a result, tools and processes need to evolve. This role must build and operate the tools and processes necessary to deliver excellent IT / POS services and support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conducts analyses on POS incident data to identify and prioritize candidates for process improvement. Responsible for decisions related to prioritization and escalation of major incidents, technical and business communication on outages, and continuous improvement scoping and prioritization.
- Hosts problem review calls to determine root cause and action plan towards preventing problem recurrence.
- Partners with the Data Team to collaborate on Continuous Improvement efforts and drive stability of the Mammoth Holdings system environment.
- Owns the problem management process, ensuring the most critical incidents are addressed in a timely fashion and successfully restored.
- Communicates and manages IT / POS expectations during problem resolution and acts as a point of escalation.
- Collaborates cross-departmentally to solve interdepartmental IT / POS problems and continuously improve systems / processes.
- Represents IT / POS in integration management, providing regular progress updates on various tasks such as : ( POS change of ownership, Potential token and database merges, EMV upgrades & Other POS related items relating to the acquisition of another carwash )
- Coordinates with Site Development partners to execute successful procurement and installation of POS infrastructure / equipment.
- Coordinates with other internal Mammoth departments as well as Micrologic on executing a broader POS migration from ICS, DRB, Sonnys and Washify to one Micrologic platform.
- Administrates POS system user access and gatekeeps POS system modifications.
- Manages and guides current POS Administrator and IT Field techs in all efforts related to POS installs, support and process improvements.
- Handles POS-adjacent PCI-compliance needs in partnership with compliance and security advisors.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to organize and structure data to meet business needs.
- Maintain and manage SKU data within POS systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
- Leverage advanced Excel functions to analyze, clean, and manage large datasets effectively.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide necessary support.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for data entry, validation, and reporting.

Education / Certification / Licensure : Preferred BS / BA in a related field, such as Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience : Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience with Problem Management as well as information technology process improvement. Preferred experience with existing Car Wash POS systems such as DRB, ICS, Micrologic.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities : Demonstrates excellent communication, technical, and analysis skills. Maintains a high degree of professional standards and participates as a team player. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Knowledgeable in various tools relating to the management of Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge Management, and reports.
Working Conditions :
Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer. Occasionally bend, twist, reach, pull and push; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Some travel to store locations. Ability to work evenings, weekends, or on a holiday.
