A little about this position: Provides friendly face-to-face solutions for Guests by answering questions, giving directions, and explaining things at Canyon Lodge, Eagle Lodge, Main Lodge and Tamarack Welcome Centers. Applicants must be knowledgeable of Mammoth Mountain, June Mountain and Tamarack, its businesses and the surrounding communities. You must have exemplary people and communication skills. You must be a fluent English speaker. Applicants must have flexible hours. The ideal candidate has more than 10 years’ experience visiting Mammoth Mountain, June Mountain and/or Tamarack Cross-Country Ski Area. The Host is a seasonal, part time, minimum wage position, beginning around Thanksgiving weekend and continuing through April. This position works 8 to 12 days per month, 2 to 7 hours/day, dependent on the needs of the Host program and your availability. Requirements: Previous customer service experience required. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests.
