A little about the position:
- Oversees Mammoth Kids at Main Lodge, including the Ski & Ride School (SRS) Rental Shop, Ticket Sales and operation of the SRS Surface Lift.
- Supervises approximately 8 to 10 Ski & Ride School Support Staff. This includes managing schedules and daily tasks.
- This position is responsible for ensuring outstanding guest service is provided throughout the Ski & Ride School arrival process.
- Assists in setting up and maintaining the Ski & Ride School beginner area
- Manages the general upkeep of the Mammoth Kids building
- Collaborates with other departments to manage ticket sales, a small retail section, and the ordering of food and supplies
- This position reports to the Main Lodge Ski & Ride School Senior Manager
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Previous supervisory and guest service experience desirable
- Strong people skills
- Detail oriented
Hourly Pay: $24.84-$33.64
