A little about this position:
- Assists the Senior Training Manager at the Ski & Ride School to manage, organize, and implement all training and staff development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of Ski & Snowboard School experience
- PSIA/AASI Level 3, current Education staff.
- Currently employed as an active PSIA/AASI Examiner.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, coach and correct performance of a large and diverse team
- Proven ability to positively influence the culture of an organization
- Self-motivated and self-aware
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Computer literacy, strong attention to detail, written, and verbal skills are essential.
Hourly pay rate: $26.94 to $29.76
