This role assists the Engineering Manager in operating the Engineering Department, overseeing business affairs, common area operations, maintenance, and repairs for the property.
Maintenance management services are provided for Rental Program owners, helping achieve guest and employee satisfaction scores and financial results.
To be successful, you'll need:
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience
- 3 years experience in building maintenance
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Able to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management and staff
- Proficiency in standard operating systems and ability to quickly learn additional computer software programs
The hourly pay rate ranges from $24.84 to $29.51.
Salary : $25 - $30
