The Inventory/Parts Storekeeper will be responsible for issuing parts and tools, managing inventory, shipping, purchasing, and receiving at the garage. This role reports directly to the Assistant Director and requires strong communication skills to interact with internal customers and vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in an automotive parts store, auto dealership, or other parts and supply-related business is highly desirable.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based programs.
- Strong knowledge of general purchasing policies and procedures, inventory control, and accounting software is a plus.
- A Class C license with three or less points.
- The ability to obtain a propane dispensing operator's certification.
