Position:
- Hardgoods Specialist: Guides guests in selecting snow and bike gear from demo to purchase, ensuring readiness for the hill.
- Skiing/snowboarding experience and certifications required.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Hardgoods Sales and boot fitting experience necessary.
- Outdoor enthusiast with strong selling and guest service skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease.
- Initiative, quick learning, and certifications completion.
- Ability to customize and mount snowboard bindings.
- Safety-conscious, handles physical tasks in varied weather.
- Critical for expertise culture and gear knowledge.
- Specializes in ski and snowboard categories, with a desire for growth and education.
