Hourly pay: $24.00 - $36.94
*Starting pay based on experience and PSAI or equivalent certifications*

A little about the position:
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the ski & snowboard and school. Providing exceptional guest service through the efficient organization of instructors and support staff.
- Resolves guest and employee issues as needed.
- Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance - including seasonal performance reviews.
- Ensures all staff are meeting expectations presented in our Employee Manual and Instructor Resource Manual.
- Mentors and assists in the development and training of future Ski & Snowboard School leaders.
Requirements:
- PSIA/AASI Level 2 or above certified instructor preferred, with a strong understanding of contemporary ski and snowboard technical, teaching and people skills
- 3 years working in snow sports school, preferably with supervisory experience
- Ability to positively influence and support others.
- High levels of emotional intelligence.
- Superior communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide great guest service
- Strong understanding of Ski & Snowboard School operations and the guest experience trail
