Description
The Account Leader is responsible for supporting external and internal client relationships, overseeing creative project execution, and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and the creative team, ensuring exceptional service and communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and skilled at balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
JOB LOCATION: Meriden, Kansas; non-remote
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Plan, track, and coordinate client initiatives and deliverables based on the strategies that have been set by strategic team to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with creative team to ensure seamless execution and communication as project progresses. Includes assisting in gathering necessary assets as needed and responding promptly to all team and client requests.
- Work with creative directors to ensure project briefs are clearly defined.
- Develop, own, and communicate project timelines and budgets as action plan for internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Lead client and internal meetings. (Create and provide agendas prior to meeting, assist with presentation decks, and follow up with recap for client and team.)
- Seek and learn industry, client, and agency knowledge.
