MMTH Creative Studio is seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our Creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wordpress development, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate client needs into functional, responsive websites. You will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and ensuring that our web solutions align with our brand strategy.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites and web applications that reflect our brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and sports construction, to create a unified brand experience.
- Provide strategic input on web design and development best practices, ensuring consistency in branding across all digital touch points.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay updated on emerging web technologies and trends to continuously improve our web solutions.
- Analyze user feedback and web analytics to inform design decisions and enhance website functionality.
- Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science or related field. Relevant experience may qualify over education.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects (websites, mobile applications, etc.), demonstrating proficiency in design, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design or similar role with a proven track record of designing and launching websites.
- Deep knowledge of Wordpress is essential.
- Strong sense of branding.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma for creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how they affect web design (e.g., optimizing images, page speed, etc.).
