ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. ESSTENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites and web applications that reflect our brand identity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and sports construction, to create a unified brand experience.

Provide strategic input on web design and development best practices, ensuring consistency in branding across all digital touch points.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Stay updated on emerging web technologies and trends to continuously improve our web solutions.

Analyze user feedback and web analytics to inform design decisions and enhance website functionality.

Qualifications
QUALIFCATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in in Web Design, Graphic Design, Compute Science or related field. Relevant experience may qualify over education.

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects (websites, mobile applications, etc.), demonstrating proficiency in design, creativity, and problem-solving.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design or similar role with a proven track record of designing and launching websites.

Deep knowledge of front-end web technologies is essential. Familiarity with CSS frameworks (like Bootstrap or Tailwind) and JavaScript libraries (such as jQuery) is common.

Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, or Sketch for creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.

Understanding of SEO principles and how they affect web design (e.g., optimizing images, page speed, etc.).

Awareness of current web design trends, such as dark mode, minimalism, micro-interactions, and animation

Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain design concepts and collaborate effectively with clients, leadership, and other stakeholders.
