The Executive Administrative Assistant for Mammotome is responsible for providing administrative support for the LBS Commercial Leader and VP, Mammotome Commercial Leader.
This position is part of the Commercial organization located in Cincinnati, Ohio and will be on-site. At Mammotome, our passion is driving innovative technologies that create efficiencies, while never forgetting that at the heart of every breast cancer journey is a patient.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage complex calendars, meetings and travel, including both domestic and international arrangements.
Serve as administrative contact and liaison with senior leaders, external providers in support of the commercial organization and Cincinnati office as needed.
Prepare financial and expense reporting using internal systems.
Review, assess, route answers and monitors follow up action steps related to correspondence both internally and externally.
Provide local administrative support as needed.
The essential requirements of the job include:
5 years related experience with proven office administration and/or related customer service skills.
Solid working experience with office processes and related tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven interpersonal skills and experience providing complex administrative support in a high-profile environment with tact and diplomacy.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
10-15% domestic and international travel per business needs

The hourly range for this role is $28.00 - $34.00 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
