Job Overview
Job Title: PMO (Project Management Office) for Traceability Solution Implementation
Location: New Jersey (Hybrid 2 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design workshops and facilitate discussions to gather requirements for the Traceability solution implementation.
- Serve as the proxy Product Owner, representing stakeholder interests and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategies.
- Provide project status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics; identify and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to implement changes and recommendations to SAP ECC, focusing on MM, SD modules, and/or eWM as required.
- Conduct regular meetings and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within SAP implementation projects.
- Detailed working knowledge of SAP MM, SD modules, and/or eWM.
- Strong understanding of traceability solutions and their implementation in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
