Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

• Taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays)

• Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms

• Ensuring patient comfort and care throughout their visit

• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

What We're Looking For:

• A current RDA license or DA experience (RDA preferred but not required)

• X-ray certification (required)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• A caring, patient-first attitude

• A reliable and motivated team player

• Working experience (1 year preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.

• Track and manage lab cases.

• Deliver positive and memorable patient experiences.

• Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with doctors and staff.

• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures.

• Take and process dental X-rays.

• Update treatment plans and maintain accurate records.

• Enter detailed notes and charts into the system.

• Ensure the back office is organized and well-maintained.

• Support efficient patient flow and care coordination.

• Maintain a warm, friendly, and clean environment for patients and their families.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of one year of dental assisting experience required.

• Bilingual, Mandarin (preferred).

• BLS/CPR certification required.

• Experience with Open Dental software (preferred but not required).

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Excellent customer service skills.
