We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. The candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and tracking expenses to help guide our financial planning and decision-making processes. Furthermore, this role is responsible for the preparation and documentation of the company’s reporting to its parent company. This role involves compiling and analyzing financial data and preparing reports to support strategic initiatives.

Financial Reporting & Controlling - Financial Reporting Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. The candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and tracking expenses to help guide our financial planning and decision-making processes. Furthermore, this role is responsible for the preparation and documentation of the company’s reporting to its parent company. This role involves compiling and analyzing financial data and preparing reports to support strategic initiatives.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develops and manages the budgeting process – interim and annually.
- Performs financial forecasting and variance analysis.
- Track and analyze expenses to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Reviews projects report, analyze job margins, collect missing cost information and making adjusting accrual/deferral entries if needed.
- Analyses long-term service contracts established with customers.
- Performs monthly closing procedures, identify settlement/process issues.
- Manages the monthly / quarterly and year-end reporting to Headquarters, including tax reporting.
- Provides the requested reports for external / internal audits.
- Owns the process of managing and recording of long-term tangible assets of the company.
- Reporting liquidity status/forecasts to Headquarters.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field of study.
Required Experience
- 2 to 4 years related experience.
- Strong knowledge on SAP R/3.
- Extensive experience in General Ledger Accounting.
- Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting.
- Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with financial statement analysis.
- Strong understanding and practice in the application of local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) requirements, and footnote disclosures reporting.
- Expertise in advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial insights effectively.

- Knowledge on Dayforce Payroll system and Internal Control Systems.
