This role is responsible for providing comprehensive end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Windows-based environments, and managing mobile device configurations.

Responsibilities Include:
- Manage ticket queue and provide support in a timely manner to both onsite and remote users
- Daily end-user support for laptops and desktops running Windows 10/11 and some MacOS
- Administration of O365 and Active Directory for license assignment, permissions, user, group, and computer management
- Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices such as iPads, wireless scanners and printers, and end-user mobile devices
- Imaging computers for deployment and profile setup with business-critical applications
- Manage and track IT assets
- Install, upgrade, repair, and replace workstations, laptops, and VOIP phones
- Develop and document standardized user procedures and processes
Requirements:
- 2 or 4-year degree in computer science or related field
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a Desktop Support Engineer role supporting 100 users
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10, MacOS, Windows Server, VMWare
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and devices (routers, switches, firewall, VPN, wireless, and VOIP.)
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows file permissions, Group Policy, PowerShell
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office desktop suite and O365
- Experience with computer imaging software
- Experience installing and configuring 3rd party applications
- Strong knowledge of best security practices and technologies like anti-virus and two-factor authentication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and volatile environment, managing user expectations and potential risks
- Self-Motivated and proactive individual
- Able to work after hours when needed
- A team player who goes above and beyond base job responsibilities
- Good organizational skills
- Able to communicate with senior management team appropriately and effectively
