Direct Care Professional/Caregiver:
Mana has been on a mission since 2008 to empower individuals with disabilities, helping them gain the skills and confidence to live independently. In 2018, we expanded our services with Residential Habilitation (supported living), assisting clients to live their best lives in their homes and community.
What We’re Looking For: We’re on the hunt for compassionate and extraordinary people, with or without experience, to support our high-functioning clients! If you’ve got personal care or caregiving experience, awesome—but don’t worry, we’ll train you! Most importantly, we want someone who can build strong relationships with our clients and work as part of a fun, supportive team!
Responsibilities: As a Direct Care Professional, you’ll help our clients with everyday tasks like:
- Budgeting, meal prep, and cooking
- Keeping appointments and maintaining routines
- Modeling healthy choices and good decision-making
- Assisting with medications
- Creating a clean and safe living environment
- Taking clients on fun outings like shopping, movies, and bowling
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- A clean criminal background check
- A good driving record and current driver’s license, insurance, and registration (mileage is reimbursed)
- First Aid/CPR certification (we’ll help you get it)
- Medication Certification (we can assist with that too)
- The ability to be a great role model and work with clients who may have challenging behaviors
Current Openings:
- Meridian: Swing 2:00 pm-10:00 pm
- Nampa: Swing 2:00 pm-10:00 pm, Thursday and Saturday Overnight 10 pm-6 am

$16.00 per hour (based on experience and shifts)
