We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automation Line Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring automated production lines, ensuring smooth workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery to ensure efficient workflow.
- Inspect products for quality and consistency, identifying and addressing defects.
- Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshooting to maintain production efficiency.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with company safety policies.
- Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized to support a safe work environment.
- Work closely with technicians and supervisors to improve processes and resolve issues.
- Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Worker, or in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Basic mechanical skills to make minor machine adjustments as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
