Our client, a community hospital is Seaford, DE, is seeking several Medical Laboratory Scientists / Technicians for their laboratories and clinics. These positions are both eligible for up to $2,500 for a relocation bonus, as well as up to $20,000 for a sign-on bonus.

The Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS / CLS / MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is responsible for the performance, evaluation and correlation of test procedures and assists in the selection and evaluation of test methods. The MLS / MLT participates in the education and professional development of laboratory personnel, new employees and students and may participate in the performance of routine administrative and non-routine technical functions
Education and Experience Requirements :
2- year Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or
4-year Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) or
Meets one of the eligibility requirements as listed with ASCP for certification as an MLT / MLS
