JOB DESCRIPTION
This position provides remote and in-person support at one of our client locations. Work will be performed at the client during normal business hours. Some after hours and on-call support will be expected. The position involves service and support in both a professional office environment and in the manufacturing and shop areas.
Occasionally work will be performed at home or at other client sites. The position is part of team that provides an outsourced IT department for the client and numerous other clients.

- Printer Maintenance and Support
- Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 Professional
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Applications
- Windows Internet Browsers Including Chrome, Firefox, and Edge
- PC Security Solutions
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- Helpdesk Experience
- User Account Management in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Small Business Network Switches, Cabling, and other Network Equipment
- Email Security Solutions
- 3CX Phone System Administration

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users through troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Assist in account management and user setup in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other applications
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve IT-related inquiries.
- Support desktop environments, including Windows and Mac OS, and network and application settings as needed.
- Document and track support requests to improve service delivery.
