Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival and expedite the rental process.
- Verify driver's licenses and reservations, assign keys and rental agreements, and explain charges on the invoice.
- Process car exchanges in the Rental Car computer system.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
