What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Manager position at Managed Staffing, Inc.?
The Construction Leader position supports the project management team in the execution of capital projects. Experience required with major civil projects including but not limited to earthwork, CCR excavation, road construction, and stormwater management. Candidates must be highly motivated, be able to work with minimum supervision, and have effective communication skills. Candidates must be able to qualify for work in the field including confined space, climbing stairs and ladders, wearing a respirator, etc. Ensure capital projects are executed with Safety and Environmental Compliance as the primary focus of all personnel supporting his/her projects. The Construction Leader is expected to maintain a physical presence in the field for at least 90% of the duration of the workday and address issues as they arise with the contractor and project management team.
